BioTop KOS is a modular system for treating domestic wastewater in SWP housings. The configuration is selected for the wastewater flow, its composition and the project’s discharge requirements.
How treatment works
The process can include mechanical pretreatment, flow equalization, biological treatment, solids separation and, where specified, filtration and disinfection. The required stages and equipment are defined in the design.
Data for selection
Provide average and peak flows, the facility’s operating schedule, wastewater composition and the discharge point. These inputs determine the treatment process, equipment and site layout.
Operation and maintenance
Monitor aeration, pumps, sensors and sludge accumulation. Maintain the operating settings and service schedule specified for the selected configuration. Sludge removal and equipment maintenance must follow the operating instructions.
