Oil separators are designed to remove emulsified oil products and suspended solids from water supplied to rainwater treatment plants. It is used as part of local treatment facilities for surface runoff and as a separate stage of the coalescent separation of emulsified petroleum products, gasoline, fuel oil, organic and mineral oils, as well as filtration on sponge filters. The use of an oil and petrol trap makes it possible to remove residual suspension from the flow with a particle size of 0.05-0.1 mm, the content of which in the treated waste is 30-35%, and also to remove residual oil products with a particle size of up to 0.05 mm, the proportion of which after cleaning in a sand trap 10-15% of the total mass. Any design and construction company can contact our constructor department to receive robustness calculations of loads, calculations of the plate against ascent, selection of pumping equipment and many other technical services.
